Tell me a little bit about yourself:
Growing up in LA, I was around the entertainment industry in one form or another for most of my life. I earned my SAG card at six years old on the set of an Oscar Meyer commercial, and I still knows the bologna song by heart. It wasn't until I moved to Chicago that I found my own voice and drive to tell stories, and I have become especially excited to work on new and ensemble driven pieces.
For the past two years I've been a reader for the playwrights at the Artists Development Workshop lead by Calamity West, and this summer I was thrilled to join a scene study taught by Dexter Bullard. I've been very fortunate to work with some of the most fabulous folks including Victory Gardens, Chicago Dramatists, Collaboraction, Eclipse Theatre, and Rasaka Theatre. All the gooey resume details can be found here, along with my most recent set of headshots.
Outside of acting, I love to spend my time making textile art, rock climbing, filling my phone with a totally reasonable number of adorable cat photos, and obsessing over my midcentury vintage and novelty print clothing collection.
What are you working on next:
Unfortunately the remainder of the run for Cry It Out was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I am eagerly awaiting the vaccine rollout and looking forward the day when I can safely return to the theater.
